Yokohama: Osanbashi terminal
I wrote a little about Yokohama previously. Here's a little bit on Osanbashi.
Osanbashi is the international passenger ship terminal in Yokohama. You can take cruise tours here going around the pacific ocean or around the world. It has a long pier which stretches out into the bay.
The top deck is a popular spot in Yokohama, where people hang out to enjoy the sea breeze and fine weather. The wavy wooden design of this deck is very unique, shaped like a whale's back.

Yokohama, Minato Mirai and Landmark Tower
This year is the 150th anniversary of the opening of Yokohama port. Because of this, a lot of attention was paid to Yokohama this year, but originally Yokohama is one of the best cities in Japan. You can get to Yokohama less than 30 minutes from Tokyo station. And in Yokohoma, Minato Mirai is a nice place is one of best place to spend your time. Minato Mirai is located just 3 stations away from Yokohama st.
A short walk from Minato Mirai st., there's Nippon Maru (sail ship) which is a part of Nippon Maru memorial park museum. Sometimes cool events are held here, for example, a few months back, there was a Glay free live concert.
If you're looking for places to shop and eat, there's a lot of places to do so here (Queen's Square and Red Brick Warehouse). Nearby, you can't miss the Yokohama Landmark Tower. It's currently the tallest building in Japan (295.8m tall).
Also check out the theme park Yokohama Cosmo World. It's one of famous spots for dating.
