Sign of spring: Ume flower
Haven't been out too much lately because I have pollen allergy. But this is not the sign of spring I want to talk about today. It's the Ume flower (plum blossom).
These are white Ume flowers but you can see a lot of pink ones too. This flower is often mistaken with the Sakura (Cherry Blossom) because it is very similar. I can't really tell you what are the differences because I don't really know. However, Ume flower blooms a lot earlier than Sakura.
